Quality Education Foundation from Early Stage

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah has consented to the launch of the Gen A.I., Guidance for Education book and the Guidelines for Private Higher Education Institutions to Offer Their Own Programmes and Award Qualifications in the Brunei Darussalam Qualification Framework, BDQF as well as the Update of Clauses and Reference Terms to the Brunei Education Act, Chapter 56.

In the titah in conjunction with the culmination of the 35th Teachers' Day Celebration 2025, 23rd September morning, His Majesty expresses the view that it is appropriate for the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs in collaboration with stakeholders, to create a Comprehensive National Early Childhood Education and Care Framework to ensure that every child in the country receives basic education that is holistic, inclusive and high quality since the earliest stage.

His Majesty began the titah by expressing praises and gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace they can gather for the 35th Teachers' Day celebration as a sign of appreciation and recognition of the teachers' deeds and dedication. His Majesty says that teachers are the main force in the successful transformation of education.
